As long as counseling is beneficial to the individual seeking the therapy, it is appropriate to continue services. Some clients I may only see 2-3 times, others may be long term.

Initiallythe recommendation for optimal success is to see clients weekly. However, if less often is requested that can be accommodated as well. Over time, the frequency of sessions tends to decrease. In other words we start meeting weekly, then bi-weekly, maybe every three weeks, then perhaps monthly or every other month. Finally the last stage may just be quarterly or on as needed basis.

Presently I accept United Healthcare/Optum, Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna, & Tricare.  I can also provide a form as an Out-of-network provider which you can submit to insurance. They may cover part or all of the session.

There is an additional fee for credit processing credit card payments. An additional 3.0% processing fee will be assessed for any payment that is received and a credit card is utilized to pay for services.
